After RadarOnline leaked screenshots of a text message conversation believed to be between Queens, New York rapper 50 Cent & his 16- year old son, Marquise, there’s been no comment from 50 Cent or the family.. until a few hours earlier today.
50 decided to release a statement or two through his best audience – his Twitter followers. 50 tweeted:
“That was his mother texting me as him.she sold that to a web site.she hate me for Winning, it’s hard to replace me.
“Read the text carefully you will see what I’m saying.”
“I rewrote my will today now when I pass away all my physical property’s and MOST of my money go’s to charities and TIFFANY LIGHTY so when I’m done she can be 50cent”
So, 50 is claiming that Marquise’s mother, Shaniqua Thompkins was acting as his son, sold the text messages to the media, and because of that act between the parents he has removed his family from his will. Wow 50 – you’ve lost it bruh.
Parents that cannot act accordingly should never take the anger out on the child. Throughout the text conversation, not once did 50 just say stop acting like their son or call her out. This is a hard situation to understand but overall, 50’s image has did a full 360.
Marquise briefly had something to say about it all.
Marquise also retweeted Oprah who said: “I believe Fathers not showing up for their sons has left a hole in the soul of our country,” and Aubrey O’Day who posted, “Having a child doesn’t make you a father. Having the courage to raise one does!” Both were tweeting in response to Oprah’s ‘Fatherless Sons’ Lifeclass which aired last night on her OWN network.
