Beyoncé’s hit single “Drunk In Love” already faced a bit of controversy earlier this year when Future voiced his confusion for not being credited as one of the song’s writers, and now a bit of legal drama has emerged around a sample used within the song.

Hungarian singer Monika Miczura Juhasz, known as Mitsou, says she was “sampled and digitally manipulated without her permission” on the track and according corresponding reports from Page Six, Mitsou’s lawsuit states her voice was used “to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics performed by Beyoncé and Jay Z in ‘Drunk in Love.'” The suit further states that her vocals were used without her lawful permissions and the client believes she is due royalties.
