DIDDY ARRESTED & CHARGED WITH ASSAULT AFTER ALTERCATION WITH UCLA COACH

Diddy was arrested Monday, June 22nd while on UCLA’s campus after he was involved in an altercation with a football coach. According to reports obtained from TMZ, Diddy assaulted that coach with a kettleball.

The rapper’s son, Justin, is a defensive back on the football team. Diddy watched practice from the sidelines when an assistant coach yelled at his son during a strength and conditioning drill. Diddy did not appreciate the tone or manner & soon after confronted the coach inside his office. This is when the fight ensued.

After the altercation, security was alerted & police arrested Diddy.

The charges against Puff Daddy stemming from his alleged altercation at UCLA were announced by SportsCenter.The charges are three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery.

Representatives of Diddy’s issued a statement regarding the alleged altercation in which Diddy was involved yesterday, per REVOLT:

“The various accounts of the event and charges that are being reported are wholly inaccurate,” the statement says. “What we can say now is that any actions taken by Mr. Combs were solely defensive in nature to protect himself and his son. We are confident that once the true facts are revealed, the case will be dismissed.”
