Since the birth of baby “Nori” [North, Kanye & Kim’s daughter], Kanye has been relatively quiet. He’s been all about his family and that’s great.
Yesterday, there was a video release on Kanye’s site for “Black Skinheads”. Almost immediately, bloggers & other media outlets grabbed that video to post to their respective sites. Not too long after videos were posted, they were removed from most hosting sites like YouTube and VEVO.
Rumors began to swirl as to why Kanye pulled the interesting video, and now, we officially know that the version of “Black Skinhead” the world watched last night is the wrong video.
Kanye West hopped on Twitter to express his frustration and to ask media outlets who still have the video posted to take it down. He also ended off the Twitter rant with a kind “f-ck you” to whoever was responsible for leaking the video.
“The BLKKK SKKKN HD video that leaked yesterday was not the official version.”
“Me and Nick Knight have been working on this video for 5 months and for creatives it’s heartbreaking when something like this happens.”
“Allow me and Nick to give the world what we’ve been losing sleep over.”
Kanye also tweeted that the official version of “Black Skinhead” will be released by sometime next week.
