Usher is on full alert after word leaked of a supposed sextape featuring himself and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, being shopped around to popular porn companies. Usher has his legal team on 24 hour duty to squash the thief from selling his intimate moment.
According to reports, Usher and Tameka were robbed for several items and thousands of dollars in jewelry back when a thief broke into the couple’s vehicle back in 2009. The items reported missing including two laptops, $1,000,000 in jewelry, and two video cameras, and according to TMZ – the sex tape was on one of the laptops.
It was first reported back in 2010 that the home video was on the market, but it was never sold after it became clear it was stolen. But now the site reports the tape is now being sold via online blogs, as adult film companies are refusing to buy it.
They better refuse to buy it because Usher’s legal team is promising huge lawsuits of stolen property, invasion of privacy, perversion, and more.
