In a daring home invasion, a couple in Queens was targeted by two well-dressed thieves who posed as FBI agents. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on a Sunday at the couple’s residence near Main Street and Elder Avenue.

Upon their return home, the 25-year-old man and 31-year-old woman were approached by two strangers driving a black Porsche Cayenne. These imposters, dressed in suits and ties, claimed to be FBI agents and brandished firearms in their waistbands.

The encounter quickly turned violent as the suave criminals used a taser to subdue the couple and then proceeded to restrain them. The phony agents then ransacked the apartment, making off with approximately $20,000 in cash and cryptocurrency, along with various luxury items, including a Rolex watch, a Hermes bag, a Chanel bag, a wallet, and a cellphone.

After looting the home, the thieves escaped in the victims’ 2019 Mercedes-Benz GT50, along with their own black Porsche Cayenne.

Remarkably, the couple managed to escape the ordeal physically unharmed.

The NYPD has released surveillance footage of the imposters. One of the suspects, wearing a black face mask and glasses, was dressed in a gray suit, black shirt, and a diamond-patterned tie. The other suspect, sporting a beard and dark shades, was seen carrying manila envelopes under his arm and wearing a black suit with a gray tie.
